My Story

I know exactly how you feel because I was in the same situation. After over 27 years in real estate, I hit a ceiling at around 20 deals per year, earning in the mid-100s annually. While that’s not bad, I couldn’t figure out how to grow beyond that point. My clients loved working with me, and I had a solid referral network, but no matter what I tried, I couldn’t break through that ceiling—I was stuck. That’s when I decided to hire a coach, Craig Proctor, who showed me how to take my business to the next level. In just the first year under his guidance, and with the support of my daughter as a partner, we doubled my income. Since then, we’ve opened our own brokerage with a mission to help other agents who feel stuck like I did achieve the same level of success.
